A lorry driver was killed in a fiery crash on Jalan Bintulu-Miri at Kilometer 38.6 last night. The driver’s lorry, carrying stones, collided with another lorry before catching fire. Firefighters from the Bintulu Fire and Rescue Station responded to the scene around 10 pm. After extinguishing the flames, they discovered the driver’s body in the driver’s seat. The victim’s identity is still unknown, and the driver of the other lorry is believed to have fled the scene.
