CHIBA — A 15-year-old boy in Chiba has been arrested for fatally stabbing 84-year-old Yayoi Takahashi in the back on a residential street Sunday evening. Police say the teen confessed to the random attack, telling investigators he “just felt like killing someone” and the victim “didn’t matter.” Takahashi was found bleeding and unresponsive, and later died at the hospital. The suspect and victim were not known to each other.
