A 38-year-old man, Ooi Chin Leng, was charged today in Butterworth Magistrates’ Court for the 2013 fatal shooting of 24-year-old nightclub bouncer Fouzi Hussen in Penang. The murder charge, punishable by death or up to 40 years in prison plus caning, involves a second suspect still at large.
