Retired engineer Sreeram Rajagopalan from Abu Dhabi and Chennai won a Rs. 230 crore lottery jackpot with a ticket bought on his birthday, March 16. He was initially in disbelief but sees the win as hope for his family and future generations. Involved in charity, he plans to support causes like cancer care and old age homes. He advises playing responsibly and enjoying the experience.
Paul Sebastian, CEO of the lottery, congratulated him, calling it the biggest individual win in their history and said the success story will inspire others worldwide.
