IPOH — Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI) confirmed that 42 of its students were involved in the tragic bus crash on the East-West Highway in Gerik early this morning, which claimed 15 lives.
Two students who were initially listed did not board the bus. UPSI has activated an operations room and is providing full support to the victims’ families. It urged the public to pray for those affected and assured continued concern for student welfare.
