SINGAPORE — A 46-year-old woman in Punggol reported her male upstairs neighbour for allegedly throwing urine at her front door after she ignored his advances.
The man, who moved in five years ago, initially tried to make friendly contact, later leaving unsolicited love letters. After being ignored, he was caught on CCTV on March 28 allegedly splashing liquid—believed to be urine—outside her unit.
The victim suspects jealousy may be a motive, as she recently started dating someone. When confronted, the man expressed regret and denied acting out of rejection, blaming emotional stress.
He has offered to apologise and pay for damages. Police are investigating
