Former Penang goalkeeper Firos Mohamed, 53, passed away after collapsing during a match at the Dr Zambry Abd Kadir Cup held at Manjung Municipal Council Stadium last night. He was pronounced dead from a heart attack at KPJ Sri Manjung Specialist Hospital. Penang FC expressed deep condolences to his family, honoring his legacy as a top goalkeeper in the 1990s. Firos’s body will be returned to Penang for burial.
