Zheng, 22, will now take a short break to focus on recovery.Her stellar form last year included Olympic gold and a runner-up finish at the 2024 Australian Open, but she exited Wimbledon early this month.With Zheng out, France’s Leolia Jeanjean enters the US Open main draw, which kicks off on August 24 in New York.
