Aeroline said the suspension was linked to its continued use of existing service locations instead of relocating operations to the Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS) as directed by the authorities.

KUALA LUMPUR — Luxury coach operator Aeroline has announced the temporary suspension of all scheduled trips from November 6 to December 5, 2025, following a directive from the Malaysian Land Public Transport Agency (APAD).

In a statement today, the company said the suspension was linked to its continued use of existing service locations instead of relocating operations to the Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS) as directed by the authorities.

“We wish to inform you, with sincere regret, that we have received a directive from APAD requiring us to temporarily suspend all scheduled trips

“This instruction is related to our continued use of our own service points at Corus KLCC, 1 Utama and Sunway Pyramid, instead of relocating to TBS as directed,” it said.

It is currently appealing the suspension in hopes of being allowed to continue operating from its existing locations.

It also said that those affected by the suspension have been offered two options which are a full refund or the opportunity to retain their tickets for a future travel date.Aeroline further described the directive as abrupt, and urged passengers not to direct their frustration towards the company.

“We appeal to you not to be angry with us for not being able to fulfil our promise to take you to your intended destination safely, nor to the government for preventing us from continuing our business for one month.

“We appreciate your patience and understanding at this difficult time,” it added.

The company expressed hope that the suspension would allow the government to acknowledge its role in offering passengers convenient and reliable point-to-point travel over the past 23 years.

Aeroline said it hopes any disappointment over the suspension will be appropriately directed to the government via email at sru@apad.gov.my, aduan@apad.gov.my, or feedback@aeroline.com.my.

“Please send your humble appeal, kind words, heartfelt opinion and positive thoughts to the government, as only your collective support will enable us to return to serving you again from our familiar and convenient city locations - KLCC, Bandar Utama and Sunway,” it said.

The company added that it remains committed to working closely with the government to support Malaysia’s progress in public transportation and to build a better nation.

Aeroline also said that it would use the suspension period to positively reflect, innovate, and further improve its services in preparation for a potential relaunch.

Aeroline is a Malaysian luxury coach operator that provides intercity services between Malaysia and Singapore.
