Warner Bros. confirmed at 9 AM today that a sequel to the 2023 blockbuster Barbie is officially in pre-production. Both Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling are set to return, with Greta Gerwig serving as an executive producer.
The plot is rumored to explore Barbie and Ken’s life in the "Real World" during the 2020s. The film is fast-tracked for a Summer 2027 release.
