Investors are anticipating that Takaichi will follow through on her promises of market-friendly policies and a "strong and prosperous" Japan. U.S. President Donald Trump also offered his "total endorsement" of Takaichi’s victory, signaling a strengthening of ties between the two right-wing leaders.
