The highly anticipated two-part epic 'Ramayana' has revealed its first official glimpse at a special event in Los Angeles today. Leading man Ranbir Kapoor, who portrays Lord Ram, spoke at the event about the responsibility of playing the "ideal man," while director Nitesh Tiwari confirmed the film is slated for a worldwide IMAX release. Part 1 is officially set to hit theaters on Diwali 2026, followed by Part 2 exactly one year later.

The ensemble cast features Sai Pallavi as Sita, Sunny Deol as Hanuman, and Yash in the antagonist role of Ravana. Early reviews of the footage from the LA event have been overwhelmingly positive, particularly highlighting the film's scale and visual effects. This project is expected to be a major box office clash in March 2026, competing for screen space with other massive Indian productions like 'Ustaad Bhagat Singh', which has currently netted approximately ₹70 crore in India.
