A suspended officer from the Bukit Aman police headquarters is currently under intense investigation for his alleged involvement in a string of daring armed robberies in the Kepong area. The total losses linked to these crimes are estimated at a staggering RM4.4 million, involving high value items and cash stolen from luxury residences and business premises. 

The suspect, who was already under suspension for prior disciplinary issues, reportedly utilized his tactical knowledge and police gear to carry out the heists, often catching victims off guard by posing as an officer on official duty. Authorities managed to track him down following a recent botched attempt where CCTV footage and forensic evidence linked him to the crime scenes.

Bukit Aman has reaffirmed its commitment to a "no-compromise" policy regarding integrity within the force, stating that the officer will face the full extent of the law if found guilty. Investigators are now working to determine if he had accomplices within the department or a wider criminal syndicate, as they seek to recover the stolen assets and restore public trust in local law enforcement.
