KUALA LUMPUR: Two Johor princes took part in the opening race of the GT World Challenge Asia series today at the Petronas Sepang International Circuit, receiving strong royal support from their family.

Tunku Panglima Johor Tunku Abdul Rahman Sultan Ibrahim and his younger brother Tunku Putera Johor Tunku Abu Bakar competed under the Johor Motorsports Racing (JMR) banner.

According to a post on the official Facebook page of His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim, King of Malaysia, both His Majesty and Her Majesty Raja Zarith Sofiah, Queen of Malaysia, expressed their full moral support for their sons.

Raja Zarith Sofiah was present at the circuit to witness the race, accompanied by Tunku Temenggong Johor Tunku Idris Iskandar Al-Haj, Tunku Tun Aminah, and her husband, Datuk Dennis Muhammad Abdullah.
