JERUSALEM — Israel launched air strikes on Iranian military targets Sunday, hitting missile launch sites, storage facilities, radar systems, and military satellites.
The Israeli army said around 20 fighter jets carried out the precision strikes using over 30 munitions. The attack follows U.S. air strikes on Iran's nuclear facilities, though the full extent of damage remains unclear.
Iranian media reported Israeli attacks in northwest Iran, while at least three people were killed after a strike on an ambulance in central Iran.
UN chief António Guterres warned the situation risks sparking a new cycle of violence in the region
