WASHINGTON, Sept 26 - US right-wing extremist, Sarah Beth Clendaniel, was sentenced to 18 years in prison for plotting to attack Baltimore's electrical substations as part of a white supremacist plan, according to the Department of Justice. Clendaniel, who had previously been imprisoned for armed robbery, pleaded guilty to the attack plot and illegal possession of a weapon. She was guided by Atomwaffen neo-Nazi leader Brandon Russell, and both adhere to the "accelerationism" ideology, which promotes violent actions to hasten societal collapse. The planned attacks were aimed at crippling Baltimore, causing over $75 million in damages and widespread harm.
