Kuantan — Police are searching for 13-year-old Anas Baihaqi Miqdad Johari, an MRSM Pekan student, who went missing after refusing to return to his school hostel.
His mother last saw him at home around 3:30pm yesterday, but discovered he was gone by 4pm. He reportedly left with a backpack, RM200 cash, and his younger brother’s phone, which remains unreachable.
Anas had expressed not wanting to be separated from his family, prompting concern he may have run away. He was last seen wearing a red T-shirt, black track pants, and Puma sneakers.
Authorities urge anyone with information to contact the nearest police station.
