Subang Member of Parliament Wong Chen has publicly claimed that his administrative office has been entirely barred from accessing the government's official MyKhas Portal. The online dashboard is a critical platform utilized by legislators to manage constituency financial allocations and process regional development projects. Wong stated that his staff discovered the structural blockage while attempting to submit funding applications for local schools. 

The MyKhas system is directly overseen by the Implementation Coordination Unit (ICU) functioning under the Prime Minister's Department. According to Wong, an administrative civil servant orally informed his office that the access ban was executed following explicit directives originating from superiors in Putrajaya. The lawmaker has expressed deep concern over the sudden disruption, noting that it halts essential welfare projects.

Wong's team has launched immediate efforts to resolve the digital lockout, sending urgent appeals to the ICU to restore access and demand a formal written explanation. Formal letters were also hand delivered directly to the ICU's Selangor branch and its primary headquarters. The political opposition is tracking the development closely as debates continue regarding the equitable distribution of district funds.
